Yes, the waving wheat was smelling sweet as the cold mid June wind came sweeping through the dressing rooms. With Cherie Goosey as "Laurey" and Casey Fegan as "Curly" did their romantic bit but Peter Meggitt's worrying portrayal of the badly jilted "Jud Fry" just about made you want boo and hiss the hero |

Annie |
Did we discover a future star or two here or what? Courtenay Monsma's portrayal of "Annie" was exceptional and there were some pretty special performances amongst the other ophans as well! Jim Price played the billionaire "Oliver Warbucks" and Debbie Tanna again blew us away as "Miss Hannigan" another top show! It also marked the stage debut of our Labradoodle star Fang as "Sandy" - moral: "never work with kids or animals!" |

Sept 2009 |
The Desert Song |
Starring Liza Beamish as "Margot" and Casey Fegan as "Pierre [aka: the Red Shadow]" Neptune Productions proudly proved how a red masked French Robin Hood wannabe with imperialist attitudes leading a bunch of misrepresented Mohomadens in a quest against his own father to win the heart of a high maintenance dim witted woman who is fooled by the presense of a red mask is still relevant in today's world. Featured Charles Cooper as Captain Fontane and Fang in her first cross species role as "Caramel the camel." |
